Single Girder Gantry Cranes bring overhead lifting to yards, loading bays and sheds that have no crane-ready structure: the bridge rides on two braced A-frame legs travelling on floor-mounted rails, so the full span between rails becomes productive lifting area. The lightweight single-girder configuration keeps civil and equipment costs low.

Structures are wind-load checked to IS 875 for outdoor service with storm clamps and parking anchors as standard; electricals are housed in weatherproof IP-rated panels with festoon cable running in galvanised C-track, and UV-stable PU coating over epoxy primer protects the steel year-round. The crane follows IS 3177 / IS 807 design practice with a 125% SWL proof test before dispatch, and optional cantilever extensions carry the hook beyond the rails for loading trucks alongside the runway.
