About This Product

Engineered For Indian Industry

For loads under 10 Ton where speed and precision matter more than brute force, chain hoists beat everything else on cost, weight and headroom. ETC chain hoists use case-hardened grade-80 load chain running over precision-machined pocket wheels for smooth, quiet lifting.

The friction slip clutch is a mechanical overload guarantee — it physically cannot lift beyond rated capacity, protecting operator, hoist and structure. Combined with dual-speed motors, it makes these hoists ideal for jig loading, die handling and assembly work.

Safety First

Safety Features As Standard

Overload Clutch

Slip clutch / load limiter prevents lifting beyond rated capacity.

⬆ Hook Travel Limits

Precision limit switches stop the hook at top and bottom extremes.

DC Disc Brake

Spring-applied electromagnetic brake holds full load on power failure.

Thermal Motor Protection

Embedded thermistors cut supply before winding temperatures damage the motor.

Grade-80 Load Chain / IWRC Rope

Certified lifting media with 5:1 minimum factor of safety.

Low-Voltage Pendant

42V control circuit pendant with mushroom-head emergency stop.

FAQ

Questions Buyers Ask Us

We build electric chain hoists from 0.25 to 10 Ton, for monorail beams, jib cranes and light single girder cranes. Every unit is designed to IS:3177 / IS:4137 and FEM 1.001 duty classifications, and custom capacities are engineered on request.

Light intermittent use such as workshops and maintenance bays typically suits Class M3–M4; near-continuous production use needs M5 or higher — share your cycles per hour and we'll recommend the right class.

Geared trolleys give controlled, precise positioning for heavier or frequent moves; push trolleys are a lower-cost option for light, occasional cross-travel.

We fit Grade 80 alloy load chain, heat treated and proof tested to IS 6216 / DIN 818 requirements, running over a machined pocket wheel sized to the chain pitch for smooth, slip-free lifting.

Chain hoists are compact, lighter and ideal up to about 5 Ton with lower headroom and simpler maintenance. Above that capacity, or for high lift heights and faster speeds, a wire rope hoist is the better engineering choice.

Single-speed and dual-speed (typically 4:1 ratio) hoisting are offered, classified M3 to M6 depending on your lifts per hour. Dual speed gives a slow creep for precise placement and a fast speed for empty-hook return.

Yes — a fabric or steel chain bucket sized to your lift height is standard, keeping the slack chain contained and off the floor where it would otherwise be damaged or become a trip hazard.

Both are available: push trolleys for light, occasional movement and geared or motorised trolleys for regular production duty, all built to match your beam flange width.
